Lenoir, NC (LC Press)- Brawell's team has made it 3 stage wins in a row and he has now moved into 3rd overall in the GC. Tomorrow's rest day will be a good chance for the top riders to decide their next course of action. Friday and Saturday's stages will be the last mountain romps and will see the final maglia rosa taken.

Conspiracy! The Commish for the UFCI has attempted to rob Team Far North of valuable points in his attempt to please the powers that be. Certainly, the 20 points that Far North should have scored on stage 15 (and was not credited with) will prove to be decisive this coming weekend. Just who is the Commish protecting anyway!? I call for a full inquiry!

All protests must be filed using UFCI form #132-b.2 within 12 hours of the disputed incident. Furthermore, the UFCI does not appreciate the press being used as a forum for issuing protests. Teams that are found to be in violation of this policy MAY find themselves excluded from further competition.
